Once a place of learning and relaxation, the three story library is now musty and dark, little more than a gathering place for dust. Some humans still come here, rummaging through the books for one or two that are still in good enough shape to read and use, but most of the books just end up getting used as kindling for fires. Mice have nearly overrun the building, and it is perhaps the best place to hunt in Renegade territory. It is located on the south edge of Heartland, near Park Ridge.

Humans gather in great numbers at the Main Street Market every day, trading and bartering for food and supplies. Most cats avoid this place like the plague, but Renegades know it's a great place to find food, and also other random human items that they might be able to trade later. It is located in the northern most part of Heartland.

Located near the northeastern edge of Heartland, about three blocks from the Main Street Market, Heartland Station actually didn't require much fixing up. It's one of the larger stations in the city, but managed to stand the test of time quite well. Trains run here regularly.
